Plan to add breakfast room, sleeping porch, and bath, probably to the rear of the house. The drawing is inscribed McClintock in pencil. The 1931 El Paso City Directory lists E. H. Mitchell as living at 2710 Wheeling. McClintock may refer to Ed B. McClintock, a county judge, who is listed at 2719 Wheeling in 1931.
