Remarks: From bibliography item 2: The foundation of W. C. Davis’s new house, at the junction of Stone avenue and Council street, is rapidly nearing completion. This is to be one of the finest houses in southern Arizona.
The style will be gambrel roofed, colonial style with colonial porticos and octagon tower in the corner. Two stories high, the first brick and the second frame. There will be eight rooms in the structure with bathrooms and numerous closets.
