Remarks: Architects D.H. & J.H Holes of Tucson, William Wheeler of the Randolph offices and Trost & Trost of El Paso submit plans for the three story building. Trost’s plan were described as very tasteful. However D.H & J.H. Holmes received the commission for the building.
