Remarks: Alex Schneider  was the proprietor of the bakery, with with Carl Ott of Pampa, Texas and Henry Schulthis of Jacksonville, Florida employed by Mr Schneider. In 1917 , Paul Habelt and Harry Schultheis took over the bakery.
