Remarks: General Manning hired the firm of Trost & Rust to construct a building in the rear of the new Odd Fellows Hall. There was to be a large corral, surrounded by brick wall and to the north will be offices for a livery stable. The street was widen in front of the buildings to conform to the width set by the Odd Fellows hall.
