Remarks: The plans called for three buildings.
The first structure to be a two-story office building with laboratory, pipe line superintendent’s and dispatchers’ officers. The upper story will contain living quarters.
A valve house where the pressure of the natural gas to be piped here from Lea county, New Mexico. The third structure will be a storage warehouse.
