Remarks: These apartments are attributed to Trost & Trost on the basis of style. They are nearly identical to the adjacent Nagley Apartments and were built after the Nagley. The Ballard was first listed in the 1922 El Paso City Directory, but had no name in that listing; one of the occupants was J. C. Ballard.
