Remarks: The drawings have not been viewed by the authors. The owner has described the drawings to us as follows: It appears to be a men’s or boy’s facility in that the toilet rooms all have urinals and the bedroom arrangement is dormitory style. The building is Spanish Mission with a large courtyard and bell tower at the entry. This description calls to mind the Manzano Ranch project for Bisbee . The authorship is attributed to Gus Trost because of the date. At this time Henry was less active in the firm.
