A foursquare building with two flats; the drawings are for exterior and interior remodeling. The porch addition was not carried out. The condition of the interior is unknown. Joseph B. Ravel is listed at 1128 Arizona in the 1925 and 1926 El Paso city directories. The 1926 city directory also lists his wife, Teresa.
