Bibliography: (1) Lloyd C. Engelbrect, Henry Trost: the Prairie School in the Southwest, The Prairie School Review, volume VI, Number 4 (Fourth Quarter, 1969), page 22-23, discussed: illustrated, cover and page 22.
(2) Editorial, El Paso Times, April 21, 1992,page 4B, another landmark goes; the city must prosecute.

Remarks: We had been informed that this house was a Trost, and believed the information to be correct largely because of the Prairie School style. We are no inclined to believe that the house is the work of Guy Frazer, an architect who worked briefly with Trost and Trost.
