Remarks: The building extends the length of the lot to the alley. The owner lives in an apartment on the second floor; there are no rooms to let. The second floor is presumed to have a light well. The plans call for a larger building, 73 feet x 117 feet, with two retail spaces on the ground floor, and no lobby. The stairs lead directly to a U-shaped second floor.
